The MSA 4×4 Fridge Drop Slide was designed in Australia to handle the needs of harsh outback touring.

Manufactured from a premium powder coated steel frame with a Blue anodised aluminium handle, faceplate and handle brackets. These features give you a tuff, durable and attractive finish.

The top quality over extension roller bearing slides will allow you to easily clear your drawer system and most ute sides.

Gas struts and roller carrier bearings ensure the smooth and almost effortless controlled movement to lower and raise your fridge, freezer, generator or tool box.

Key locks, runner locks and a supplied tie down kit will keep your tray and fridge securely in place while you’re traveling.

These drop slides and the working components have been put through extensive and continuing product testing. They have been tested all over Australia in some of the toughest terrains to ensure our build quality will take just about anything.

Please note: Front of slide can be mounted up to 80mm back from front edge of mounting surface.

Step 1: Open the rear door of your 4WD vehicle to allow easy access to the fridge drop slide.

Step 2: Locate the key which will unlock the drop slide from the secured stored position — Step 2: Locate the key located on the supplied lanyard which will unlock the drop slide from the secured stored position.

Step 3: Unlock the slide mechanism with the key which will allow operation of the drop slide.

Step 4: Pull out and downwards on the blue lever handle and move the main box slide housing outwards.

Step 5: Allow the drop slide to fully come to rest in the lower position.

Step 6: Open your fridge at a comfortable height and get a cold drink, beverage or food.

Step 7: Reverse the order to complete the procedure — Step 7: Once you are finished, reverse the order of the previous steps to complete the procedure and return the drop slide to its original position.

Step 8: Relax and enjoy yourself — Step 8: Relax, kick back and enjoy yourself in the great outdoors.

Superior Engineering now offer Swaybar Extensions to suit the Nissan Patrol and Toyota Landcruiser.

When raising your 4WD above 2″ inches consider using Superior extended sway bar links.

Our Research and Development (R&D) team here at Superior Engineering recongnise that not all four wheel drivers want to disconnect their sway bars, but instead want a longer sway bar to suit their lifted trucks.

This enables your standard sway bars to be retained… even up to 6″ inches of lift.

Manufactured from 4140 solid bar with top quality, premium grade 1/2″ inch rod ends.

These Swaybar Extensions are proudly made by Superior in Australia!

These simply replace the standard link pins and have a height adjustable thread to customise and fine tune the fitment.

All kits are supplied with appropriate hardware and bushes for easy fast fitment and installation.

Superior Engineerings Transfer Case Guard is custom designed to suit the 76/78/79 Series Toyota Landcruisers.

Manufactured and laser cut from 4mm plate steel and fully welded by certified welders for the ultimate in protection of your vehicles transfer case and under body vitals.

This heavy duty piece of equipment simply bolts-in place and replaces the original flimsy factory transfer case brush guard.

This guard comes suppied with a full bolt kit for easy installation and fitment.

Also comes in a hard wearing black powdercoat for a high quality and long lasting finish.

Drainage Outlets: prevents build up of water, dirt and mud in the slider plate and also allows access to the drain plugs for easier maintenance.
Full Fitting Kit: supplied with all the high tensile hardware to make fitting this transfer case guard an easy process.
Laser Cut: all of these plates are laser cut to superior specifications and tight tolerances to allow for precise fitment.

Recovery, Snatch Straps

Ironman 4×4 Snatch Strap 8000 Kilograms

The Ironman 4×4 8,000 Kilogram Snatch Strap has been NATA tested to comply with Australian Standards and field tested in real life recovery situations to comply with Ironmans standards.

Ironman Snatch Straps are manufactured from webbing that can stretch up to 20% when under load.

This is an essential piece of recovery equipment, used to help recover vehicles bogged in sand, mud or snow.

9 metres x 75 millimetres
Reinforced heavy duty eyelets
Strong with up to 20% Kinetic stretch
100% Polyester

Minimum Breaking Strength – 8,000 kgs.

It is recommended that the minimum breaking strength of the strap should be between two and three times the vehicle’s gross vehicle mass (GVM). Also, the strap must be suited to the GVM of the lighter of the two vehicles used in the recovery process.

Example: A Nissan Pathfinder weights 2,750 kg GVM. Multiply this by 2 = 5,500 kg or multiply it by 3 = 8,250 kg.

Guidelines For Safe Use Of Ironman 4×4 Recovery Snatch Straps

These Recovery Straps are a 100% Polyester strap that can stretch under load and spring back to almost its original length.

The combination of the recovery vehicle pull and the tension in the strap creates a ‘snatching’ effect that can pull a stranded vehicle free from being bogged or unable to move under its own power.

When used in accordance with these guidelines, vehicles may be recovered with minimal injury risk to people or damage to vehicle equipment.

General Care and Maintenance

Never allow your snatch strap to rub against sharp or hot surfaces.
Avoid twists & kinks, after washing, and when dry – always coil your strap for storage.
Clean your strap with warm water and a mild detergent, allowing thorough drying before storage. Foreign material such as sand and grit can permanently damage the strap fibres.
Check full length of straps for nicks and cuts before and after use. If damaged, replace it.
Never use the recovery strap as a lifting sling.
Inspect shackles for damage, if pins are hard to turn, shackle has been overstressed. Replace it.
