Design Objectives

Superior has designed this adjustable Tie Rod assembly to prevent the tie rods from bending after doing a lift or adding bigger tyres to your truck… Perfect for D22’s with lifts from 0″-3″ inches.

These tie rod adjusters offer a HUGE strength upgrade over OE and bolt straight up to OE steering linkages… making them a complete bolt-in replacement for your factory adjusters!

Features two heavy duty 3mm weld on skid plates to stop the tie rod nut fouling on the chassis, which can cause the tie rod to SNAP if the vehicle “Centre Rod” becomes worn or takes on hard impact which is transmitted to the steering.

This component is proudly made right here in Australia, manufactured from high tensile steel, cnc machined for the ultimate in durability and strength, then sand-blasted and finished off in a 7-Step SA5 Zinc coating for maximum corrosion resistance.

The kit includes Tie-Rod Adjusters, Weld-on skid plates, Heavy Duty Rod-Ends, ITS sealing rings, locking nuts and cotter pins.

These adjusters are 100% Street Legal and Compliant, and DO NOT require separate approvals to be used on Public roads within Australia.

By adding a specially machined seal groove and incorporating a hydraulic seal between the locking nuts, the thread and the link, a perfect pressure tight seal is created.
